Based in Orlando, FL, the Solomita Law practice extends through Orange, Volusia, and Seminole counties, and we serve The Middle District of Florida’s Bankruptcy Court. As a bankruptcy attorney who also practices in the areas of debt relief, immigration and general legal service, one of the best ways for me to assist clients and people with legal concerns is to provide information that helps people understand their legal options. My goal is to educate and inform so individuals and families facing legal issues will be better positioned to make decisions and achieve their goals, especially as they relate to the law.
I’ve been passionate about practicing law since I was teenager, which led me to major in criminal justice at University of Central Florida, where I earned a bachelor of science degree before attending Barry University School of Law, where I was awarded a juris doctor degree.
In 2007, I was admitted to the Florida Bar Association. In 2008, I was licensed to practice in the United Sates District Court Middle District of Florida and in 2009, I also was admitted to the Connecticut Bar Association and was privileged to serve an associate in a five-attorney firm in Lake Mary, FL, for five years. In 2015, I established Solomita Law and look forward to growing the firm as I help people navigate the legal system and position them for good legal outcomes.
When not in the office, I can be found helping my wife raise our young son. I also occasionally volunteer time at the Middle District of Florida’s Bankruptcy Pro Se Clinic, play basketball, and participate in other community groups and endeavors. Although I’m a Floridian now, I’m still a fan of the New York Giants fan. I grew up close enough to New Jersey that I enjoy anything related to Bruce Springsteen. And I’m an avid movie goer. Let me know if you’ve seen a film you think I’d enjoy! I hope we will connect soon.
